Estee Lawrence, Petitioner-appellant, v. Jon P. Galley, Warden, Respondent-appellee, 865 F.2d 1258 (4th Cir. 1988)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 865 F.2d 1258 (4th Cir. 1988) Submitted: Oct. 31, 1988. Decided: Dec. 19, 1988

Estee Lawrence, appellant pro se.

Valerie Johnston Smith (Office of the Attorney General of Maryland), for appellee.

Before K.K. HALL, JAMES DICKSON PHILLIPS and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Estee Lawrence appeals from the district court's order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Lawrence v. Galley, C/A No. 87-3062-JH (D. Md. July 11, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
