Ronald Rogers, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Joseph Hamilton, G.e. Currie, Defendants-appellees, 862 F.2d 314 (4th Cir. 1988)

Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 862 F.2d 314 (4th Cir. 1988) Submitted Sept. 30, 1988. Decided Oct. 28, 1988

Ronald Rogers, appellant pro se.

Before K.K. HALL and ERVIN, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Ronald Rogers appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Rogers v. Hamilton, C/A No. 88-449-CRT (E.D.N.C. July 15, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
