George Bernard Shaw, Plaintiff-appellant, v. R.r. Overby, Correctional Sergeant; J.k. Tuck, Registerednurse, Defendants- Appellees, 852 F.2d 566 (4th Cir. 1988)Annotate this Case
George Bernard Shaw, appellant pro se.
Stephen Douglas Rosenthal (Office of the Attorney General of Virginia), for appellees.
Before DONALD RUSSELL, ERVIN and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.
George Bernard Shaw appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Shaw v. Overby, C/A No. 87-782-N (E.D. Va. Mar. 10, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
