Norman Allen Ayers, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Marjorie A. Jennings; Leronia A. Josey; Commissionersmaryland Parole Commission, Defendants-appellees, 852 F.2d 565 (4th Cir. 1988)

Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 852 F.2d 565 (4th Cir. 1988)

Submitted: May 31, 1988. Decided: July 20, 1988

Norman Allen Ayers, appellant pro se.

Before WIDENER, K.K. HALL and CHAPMAN, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Norman Allen Ayers appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Ayers v. Jennings, C/A No. 88-687-JH (D. Md. Mar. 15, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
