Merlin RINGERING, Plaintiff-Appellant,v.COMPANIA MARITIMA, De-La-Mancha (in Personam), and thevessel M/V TRAVEMAR AFRICA, (in rem), Defendant-Appellees.

No. 87-3985.

United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Argued and Submitted May 9, 1988.Decided May 25, 1988.

Before SKOPIL, PREGERSON and BEEZER, Circuit Judges.

ORDER

In this personal injury admiralty action, Merlin Ringering appeals the district court's (1) judgment that he was entitled only to future income loss of two years; (2) decision to allow Dr. Seres to examine plaintiff before trial and admit his testimony; and (3) denial of his motion for new trial on the issue of future damages.

After a careful review of the record, we conclude that the district court's damage award was not clearly erroneous and that the district court did not abuse its discretion in admitting Dr. Seres's testimony and denying the new trial motion. Accordingly, we AFFIRM.
