ORDER

The Loevskys appeal from entry of a summary judgment in favor of State Farm Automobile Insurance Company. The district court had jurisdiction over this diversity action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332 and we have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. State Farm concedes subject matter jurisdiction.

We conclude the case should be affirmed for the reasons stated by the district judge.

AFFIRMED.
