Larry Green, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Don R. Lambert, State Trooper, Defendant-appellee, 838 F.2d 466 (4th Cir. 1988)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 838 F.2d 466 (4th Cir. 1988) Submitted April 22, 1987. Decided Jan. 25, 1988

Larry Green, appellant pro se.

Before JAMES DICKSON PHILLIPS and WILKINS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

A review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal from its order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 is without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively, we deny Green's motion for appointment of counsel, dispense with oral argument and affirm the judgment below on the reasoning of the district court. Green v. Lambert, C/A No. 87-46-A (W.D. Va., Feb. 27, 1987).
