PER CURIAM:
An evidentiary hearing was held in this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action to determine whether Jeffrey Alan Sanford's attorney had Sanford's authority to enter into a settlement agreement and file a motion to dismiss on his client's behalf. The magistrate weighed the conflicting testimony and decided that the attorney indeed had such authority. The action was dismissed.
Because the magistrate's finding was not clearly erroneous, we affirm the judgment below. As our review of the record and other materials before us indicates that it would not significantly aid the decisional process, we dispense with oral argument.
AFFIRMED.
