William I. Coleman, Petitioner-appellant, v. Nancy C. Lowe; Attorney General of the State of Northcarolina, Respondent-appellee, 823 F.2d 546 (4th Cir. 1987)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 823 F.2d 546 (4th Cir. 1987) Submitted April 29, 1987
Decided July 10, 1987

William I. Coleman, appellant pro se.

Richard Norwood League, Office of the Attorney General, for appellees.

Before WIDENER, HALL and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges.

A review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that an appeal from its order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 would be without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal, dispense with oral argument, and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Coleman v. Lowe, C/A No. 86-850-HC (E.D.N.C., Jan. 14, 1987).
