Michael F. Wood, Plaintiff-appellant, v. R.m. Muncy, Warden, Attorney General of Virginia,defendants-appellees, 806 F.2d 258 (4th Cir. 1986)Annotate this Case
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Richmond. Robert R. Merhige, Jr., District Judge. (C/A No. 86-255-R)
Michael F. Wood, appellant pro se.
Robert B. Condon, Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, for appellees.
Before RUSSELL, PHILLIPS and ERVIN, Circuit Judges.
A review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that an appeal from its order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 would be without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal, dispense with oral argument, and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Wood v. Muncy, C/A No. 86-255-R (E.D. Va., Aug. 6, 1986).
