Appeal from a judgment of the District Court for the Southern District of New York, Inzer B. Wyatt, Judge, dismissing a complaint with respect to two insurance companies, and entering judgment accordingly, under F.R.Civ.Proc. 54(b), on the ground that plaintiff was barred by judgments in declaratory judgment actions brought by them against him in Virginia. Affirmed.
