IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF THOMAS E. NOBLE FOR A WRIT OF MANDAMUS § § No. 249, 2014 § Submitted: June 14, 2014 Decided: June 18, 2014 ORDER This 18th day of June 2014, it appears to the Court that, on June 2, 2014, the Chief Deputy Clerk issued a notice to Thomas Noble to show cause why his petition should not be dismissed for his failure either to pay the Supreme Court filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Noble has failed to respond to the notice to show cause within the required time period; therefore, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b) and 29(b), that the within appeal is DISMISSED. BY THE COURT: /s/ Henry duPont Ridgely Justice
