ORDER This 21st day of July 2010, after careful consideration of appellant s opening brief and the State s motion to affirm, we find it manifest that the judgment below should be affirmed on the basis of the Superior Court=s well-reasoned decision dated March 17, 2010. We find no error in the Superior Court s summary dismissal of appellant s second motion for postconviction relief because the motion was both time-barred and repetitive and appellant failed to overcome these procedural hurdles.
