ORDER This 16th day of September 2008, upon consideration of the parties briefs and the record on appeal, it appears that the appellant, Edward Little (Father), filed this appeal from the Family Court s denial of his motion to reopen a judgment under Family Court Civil Rule 60(b). The judgment Father seeks to reopen is the Family Court s registration of a child custody order entered by a French court in 2004.
