IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF PHILLIP ALLEN DYE FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS § § No. 144, 2008 § § ORDER This 21st day of April 2008, it appears to the Court that, on March 19, 2008, the Assistant Clerk issued a notice to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29(b) for the Court s lack of original jurisdiction to consider a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The appellant has failed to respond to the notice to show cause within the required ten-day period; therefore, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed.
