IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE IN THE MATTER OF KP AND AP FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS § § No. 555, 2007 § ORDER This 6th day of November 2007, it appears to the Court that, on October 17, 2007, the Clerk of the Court issued a notice to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for this Court s lack of original jurisdiction to issue a writ of habeas corpus.1 The appellants have failed to respond to the notice to show cause within the required 10-day period. Therefore, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed.2 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b) and 29(b), that the within appeal is DISMISSED.
