ID No. 0509010302A ORDER This 4th day of June 2007, it appears to the Court that: (1) The Clerk of the Court issued a notice dated May 15, 2007, which directed the appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29(b) for failure to file the notice of appeal within 30 days after entry upon the docket of the order being appealed as required by Rule 6. The notice stated that, if the appellant did not respond to the notice to show cause within 10 days of receipt, dismissal of the appeal would be deemed to be unopposed. (2) The Supreme Court docket sheet reflects the appellant s certified receipt of the notice to show cause on May 18, 2007. Because the appellant has not responded to the notice to show cause within the required 10-day period, dismissal of the appeal is deemed to be unopposed.
