ORDER This 17th day of March 2006, upon consideration of the appellant's untimely notice of appeal,1 the Clerk's notice directing the appellant to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissed, and the appellant's response to the notice to show cause,2 it appears to the Court that this appeal should be dismissed.3 The appellant's failure to timely file his notice of appeal is 1 The notice of appeal was filed on February 7, 2006 from a sentencing order of the Superior Court dated August 19, 2002.
