ORDER This 20th day of July 2005, it appears to the Court that E. Calvin Harmon, Jr. has petitioned for reinstatement as a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of Delaware, and a hearing was held before a panel of the Board of Professional Responsibility ("Board"). The Office of Disciplinary Counsel did not oppose the petition and agreed that reinstatement under the circumstances is appropriate; and the Board determined that petitioner should be reinstated.
