No. 02C-05-047 ORDER This 23rd day of September 2004, the Clerk issued a notice dated July 16, 2004, directing the appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29(b), for his failure to prosecute the appeal diligently by not complying with the Clerk s directive of June 14, 2004, to obtain Delaware counsel to represent him and for his failure to respond to the notice to show cause within the required ten-day period. The notice to show cause that was sent by certified mail on July 19, 2004, was ultimately returned to the Clerk s office on August 24, 2004, with a notation that it had been unclaimed. The notice to show cause was remailed via first class mail on that date. No response has been received. Dismissal of this action, therefore, is deemed to be unopposed.
