STATE OF DELAWARE, Plaintiff BelowAppellee. § § § § § § § § § § § No. 144, 2003 Court Below Superior Court of the State of Delaware, in and for New Castle County Cr.A. Nos. IN84-06-0594 and IN84-07-1944 Cr. ID 84003873DI Submitted: April 24, 2003 Decided: May 16, 2003 Before VEASEY, Chief Justice, BERGER, and STEELE, Justices. ORDER This 16th day of May 2003, after careful consideration of the appellant s opening brief and the State s motion to affirm, we find it manifest that the judgment of the Superior Court should be affirmed. The Superior Court did not err in concluding that Black s motion for correction of sentence was both repetitive and untimely under Superior Court Criminal Rule 35(b). NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court is AFFIRMED. BY THE COURT: /s/ Myron T. Steele Justice
