(2) As of the date of the instant Order, Ms. Beeghley has neither filed the affidavit, nor has she paid the record preparation fee and transcript costs. Ms. Beeghley s failure to meet these obligations constitutes failure to diligently prosecute these appeals pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29(b) and, pursuant to this Court s Order dated June 12, 2002, is hereby deemed her consent to the dismissal of these appeals without further notice. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29(b), that the appeals are DISMISSED.
