ID No. 88K01678DI Submitted: July 17, 2002 Decided: July 24, 2002 Before WALSH, HOLLAND and BERGER, Justices. ORDER This 24th day of July 2002, it appears to the Court that on June 26, 2002, Ward T. Evans filed a petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel the Superior Court to rule on two motions for modification of sentence that Evans had filed in April 2001. By order dated June 27, 2002, the Superior Court denied Evans motions for modification of sentence.* The Superior Court s June 27 decision renders moot Evans petition for a writ of mandamus in this Court.
