Lapinski ( Lapinski ), and the defendant-below appellee, Board of Education of the Brandywine School District (the District ), as fixing Lapinski s entitlement to salary for the second through fourth years of his contract as an administrator for the District. Accordingly, the Superior Court did not err in granting summary judgment in favor of the District.
