On April 16, 2013, the court summarily dismissed Defendant s fourth Motion for Postconviction Relief. The order of dismissal specifically addressed Defendant s Martinez v. Ryan claim. 2. Today, the court docketed various pleadings from Defendant including requests for subpoenas and for reconsideration. Reconsideration is unwarranted and the subpoena requests are moot. 3. As far as this court is concerned, there is now no open matter before the court.
