Durwin Harmon I.D. # 84000200DI Page 2 AND NOW to wit this 1st day of November, 2005, Durwin Harmon having presented a pro se Motion to Unseal Psychiatric/Psychological Reports, it is hereby ordered that the motion is GRANTED. On August 13, 1984, movant was found guilty of Assault in the First Degree, Kidnapping in the First Degree, Rape in the First Degree, Robbery in the First Degree, three counts of Possesion of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, and one count of Possesion of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited. On November 21, 1984, movant was sentenced to life in prison plus 39. Now, almost 21 years later, he requests that the reports of his psychiatric/psychological evaluation be unsealed by the Court. As movant is requesting copies of his own evaluation, this Court grants movant s request.
