Fogg s motion to introduce into evidence five handwritten letters of Robert Richmond having come before the Court and the State having filed a response thereto. WHEREAS, the Court having heard oral argument on the motion on June 17, 2002. WHEREAS, the Court has found that the admission of the five letters that Jeffrey R. Fogg is seeking in his motion is not permitted under either Delaware Uniform Rule of Evidence 804(b)(3) or 807. WHEREFORE, the Court holds that Jeffrey R.
