ORDER This 10th day of October, 2001, upon review of the Petition filed by the Defendant and the record in this case, it appears that: On August 24, 2001, Defendant, William Defoe, filed a Motion for Postconviction Relief pursuant to Superior Court Criminal Rule 61, in the above-captioned criminal action numbers. Review of the record in this case shows that the Court discharged Defendant from probation on June 29, 2001. Defendant is currently incarcerated on unrelated charges.
