The opinion herein, filed on June 10, 2002, appearing at 28 Cal. 4th 107, is modified as follows:

In the second sentence of third complete paragraph on page 159 [28 Cal. 4th 159, 3d par.], the word "impeachable" shall be modified to read "unimpeachable."
