No. BA203410 MODIFICATION OF OPINION THE COURT: The opinion filed in this matter on March 27, 2006, is modified as follows: The first sentence of the second full paragraph found on page 14 of the opinion is modified as follows: The list of designated felonies set forth in section 12022.53, subdivision (a), includes one felony that is punishable only by a term of life in prison without the possibility of parole: kidnapping for ransom in which the victim suffers death or bodily harm, or is intentionally confined in a manner which exposes [the victim] to a substantial likelihood of death (§ 209, subd. (a)). (§ 12022.53, subd. (a)(3).) The modification does not effect a change in the judgment.
