[Modification of opinion (94 Cal.App.4th 370).]

THE COURT.-

The opinion filed December 10, 2001, is modified as follows:

Page 2, end of first paragraph [94 Cal. App. 4th 377, line 5] add the following sentence: "We reverse, finding prejudicial error in the exclusion of defense evidence and in the unlawful mention that a key prosecution witness underwent a polygraph examination."

The petition for rehearing is denied.

There is no change in the judgment.
