THE COURT.-

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on April 30, 2001, be modified in the following particulars:

1. On page 21 [88 Cal. App. 4th 924, advance report], the fourth sentence of the first full paragraph, is deleted in its entirety, and replaced by the following sentence:

Appellant's quantum meruit action did not accrue until, following the final judgment, respondent received the contingent fee for legal services rendered in the successful litigation.

There is no change in the judgment.
