It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on May 2, 2001, be modified as follows:

1. On page 9, in the second full paragraph [88 Cal. App. 4th 1038, advance report, 4th full par.] (which begins with "Moreover") delete the first sentence ("Moreover . . . section 664.6.") and replace it with the following sentence:

Moreover, if Leonard believed that he could not afford the higher payments required by the letter agreement, he could have filed an order to show cause or a notice of motion, asserting a change of circumstances.

There is no change in the judgment.
