Scalese v. Wong (2000)

Annotate this Case
[No. B136170. Second Dist., Div. Two. Nov. 16, 2000.]

THOMAS SCALESE, as Trustee, etc., Plaintiff and Respondent, v. STANTON ALAN WONG et al., Defendants and Appellants.

[Modification of Opinion (84 Cal. App. 4th 863 ).]

THE COURT.-

It is ordered that the opinion file herein on October 19, 2000, be modified as follows:

On page 7, the fifth sentence of the second full paragraph [84 Cal. App. 4th 870 , advance report, 3d par., line 7], the word "creditor" is changed to "debtor" so the sentence reads:

The failure to do so will result in a personal judgment against the debtor; however, the creditor's security interest in the property will have been extinguished.

There is no change in the judgment.
