SILLS, P.J.-

The opinion filed in this case on November 20, 2000, is hereby modified as follows:

On page 14 of the slip opinion, six lines down from the top [84 Cal. App. 4th 1261 , advance report, 3d par., line 7], the word "court" should be deleted from the phrase "certain court guidelines."

In footnote 13 of the opinion [84 Cal. App. 4th 1262 , advance report, fn. 13, line 1], the words "a committee appointed by Division One of this district and adopted by" should be inserted after the words "promulgated by" in the first sentence.

These modifications do not change the judgment.
