THE COURT.-The opinion filed January 25, 2000, in the above-captioned matter is modified as follows:

In the fourth line following the caption [77 Cal. App. 4th 975, advance report, line 4 of the opn.], the word "manufacture" should be changed to "create," so that the sentence now reads ". . . may create an appealable order by . . . ."
