On page 1, line 7 of the first paragraph, the text and that the results of a Child Protective Services investigation were adequately reported to the trial court is added after the word counsel so that the sentence reads: In the published portion of this opinion, we conclude L.B. was not entitled to appointed counsel and that the results of a Child Protective Services investigation were adequately reported to the trial court. There is no change in the judgment. * Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rules 8.1105(b) and 8.1110, this opinion is certified for publication with the exception of parts III, IV and V. 1 The opinion in the above-entitled matter filed on August 9, 2011 was certified for publication in the Official Reports with the exception of parts II, III, IV and V.
