THE COURT: It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on September 17, 2010, be modified as follows: On page 2, first paragraph, first sentence, the words "San Diego" are changed to read "San Bernardino Valley" so that the sentence reads: "Center for Biological Diversity, Inc., San Bernardino Valley Audubon Society, Save Our Forest Association, and Sierra Club, plaintiffs in a CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act; Pub. Resources Code, ยง 21000 et seq.) action, appeal an order on attorney fees that was rendered on remand after an earlier appeal on the merits." On page 17, first full paragraph, the first sentence is corrected to add the word "Valley" so that the sentence reads: "Here, plaintiffs' request for home market rates for their attorneys is based on the declaration of Peter Jorris, a member of the San Bernardino Valley Audubon Society, one of the plaintiffs in this case, which he made on personal knowledge of the facts."
