[No Change in Judgment] THE COURT: It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 7, 2010, be modified as follows: On page 15, line 6, delete the sentence beginning "Based on this record . . . " and replace it with a new sentence, which reads: Applying the Watson standard of prejudice not the substantial evidence standard of review we conclude on this record that it is not reasonably probable that an outcome more favorable to defendants would have resulted in the absence of the evidentiary error.
