E.R., THE COURT: It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 21, 2010, be modified as follows: On page 1, line 9, in the published part of the opinion, the words recreation center are changed to International Studies Academy (ISA), a high school, in the Protrero Hill district so that the sentence reads: About a month earlier, some of these youths (not identified as members of any gang) had chased members of the G-3 criminal street gang away from a talent show at the International Studies Academy (ISA), a high school, in the Protrero Hill district where the gang members had started a disturbance. On page 2, line 1, in the published part of the opinion, the words returned to the center are changed to came to the recreation center so that the sentence reads: On March 16, three members of the G-3 gang, T.Tr., E.R., and D.B., came to the recreation center and two of the three shot at the group of youths that were congregated there, killing Antwanisha and wounding Thomas J. 1 On page 3, line 2, in the nonpublished part of the opinion, the words International School for the Arts (ISA), a high school are changed to ISA so that the sentence reads: Approximately one month before the shooting, Antoine was in a dance competition at the ISA. On page 4, line 8, in the nonpublished part of the opinion, the word each is changed to one and possibly two of whom were so that the sentence reads: He saw two boys, one and possibly two of whom were holding a gun.
