THE COURT: It s ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 5, 2009, be modified as follows: 1. On page 7, lines 4 and 5 of the first full paragraph delete the sentence beginning with the words "The appellate court" and ending with the word "files" and insert the following in its place. The appellate court concluded that the defendant had made a sufficient threshold showing of good cause to justify an in camera inspection of the reporting officer's personnel files "with respect to acts of dishonesty." 2. On page 7, the last line before the word "Disposition," delete the words "arresting officers" and insert after the word "driving" as reported by Officers Barnes and Meilleur. The last line will then read: corroborated the observations of his driving as reported by Officers Barnes and Meilleur. CERTIFIED FOR PUBLICATION [No change in judgment.]
