THE COURT: It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 10, 2006, be modified as follows: On page 10, the last sentence of the first full paragraph beginning "The record also belies Hannibal's contentions . . . ." is deleted and replaced with the following: "In any event, the record belies Hannibal's contention that there is insufficient evidence to support the finding that his mental disorder cannot be kept in remission without treatment. The evidence is also sufficient to establish that Hannibal's severe mental disorder was a cause or aggravating factor in his commission of the controlling offense." There is no change in the judgment. Appellant's petition for rehearing is denied.
