Leegin s original complaint named her as Carolina Diaz Santiaguin. Her subsequent responses averred that her correct full name was Carolina Sartiaguin Diaz. However, there was no formal change to the pleadings to reflect the latter name. We therefore refer to her by the name used in the complaint. This will require renumbering of all subsequent footnotes. 2. On page 13, after the words is affirmed , please add the following sentence: Each side to bear its own costs and attorney fees on appeal.
