NO CHANGE IN THE JUDGMENT It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on August 11, 2003, be modified as follows: On page 21, in the second full paragraph, please delete the fourth sentence (immediately following fn. 13) which starts Nothing in the Ordinance suggests . . . . and replace that sentence with the following: Although the Ordinance requires the payment of annual rent-dispute fees, it contains no registration requirement of the type apparently contemplated by the Petris Act. The petition for rehearing is denied. There is no change in the judgment.
