The opinion filed September 5, 2003 is hereby modified as follows: On page 5 of the slip opinion, the words Ricky and Leazer lived in the front house in the third paragraph should be changed to Ricky and his father. On page 5 of the slip opinion, the words rear of Leazer s property in the last paragraph should be changed to rear of Ricky s father s property. On page 5 of the slip opinion, the words Leazer did not like Carman in the last paragraph should be changed to Ricky s father did not like Carman. These modifications do not change the judgment.
