In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court's opinion in Ex parte Dearman, [Ms. 1180911, June 26, 2020] ___ So. 3d ___ (Ala. 2020), we reverse the circuit court's judgment finding H. Chase Dearman in direct contempt and remand this case to CR-18-0049 the circuit court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion. REVERSED AND REMANDED. Windom, P.J., and McCool, Cole, and Minor, JJ., concur. 2
