302.01(1) (1) All of the following are state prisons:
302.01(1)(a) (a) The institutions named in this section.
302.01(1)(b) (b) The medium security correctional institutions at Redgranite and New Lisbon.
302.01(1)(c) (c) The correctional institutions authorized under s. 301.16 (1n) and (1v).
302.01(1)(d) (d) The correctional institution at Prairie du Chien authorized under s. 301.16 (1u).
