16.977 Information technology portfolio management.
16.977 Information technology portfolio management. With the assistance of executive branch agencies and the advice of the board, the department shall manage the information technology portfolio of state government in accordance with a management structure that includes all of the following:
16.977(1) (1) Criteria for selection of information technology assets to be managed.
16.977(2) (2) Methods for monitoring and controlling information technology development projects and assets.
16.977(3) (3) Methods to evaluate the progress of information technology development projects and the effectiveness of information technology systems, including performance measurements for the information technology portfolio.
