RCW 10.77.810 Joint legislative audit and review committee assessment—Report.
The joint legislative audit and review committee shall make an independent assessment of the performance of the state hospitals with respect to provisions specified in RCW 10.77.068, but shall not be required to independently evaluate the exercise of clinical judgment. A report shall be made to the legislature reflecting the committee's findings and recommendations both six and eighteen months following May 1, 2012. The department of social and health services shall cooperate in a timely manner with requests for data and assistance related to this assessment.
