RCW 46.87.260 Alteration or forgery of cab card or letter of authority — Penalty.

Any person who alters or forges or causes to be altered or forged any cab card, letter of authority, or other temporary authority issued by the department under this chapter or holds or uses a cab card, letter of authority, or other temporary authority, knowing the document to have been altered or forged, is guilty of a class B felony punishable according to chapter 9A.20 RCW.
